• Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display photographs at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
• Ensure leading brands are maintained per Mondelēz guidelines and that negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate any issues with the management team and follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales and displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in‑store.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• Self‑motivated with a professional attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Twin Falls,  (primary location) or secondary locations:
  Buhl, Kimberly, Jerome, Burley, .
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Hourly compensation rate of $19.00.
