Operation Support Officer

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1/2 hr lunch break

When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6.30am to 3.30pm (inclusive of 1/2 hour lunch break)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting
• Competent in using common smartphone applications (e.g. internet browser, Singpass, Whatsapp), and Walkie Talkies

The Services required are set out as follows:

• To maintain general cleanliness of the school areas / classrooms and the cleaning equipment used
• To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carryng and arranging furniture and equipment
• To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the School
• To ensure all rooms’ lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving school
• Any other duties assigned by the OM, AM and the School Leaders
