Student Management Officer

Contract Period

From 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (or one year from the mutually agreed date).

Mon‑Thu: 8am‑5pm (incl. 1 hr lunch). Fri: 8am‑4:30pm (incl. 1 hr lunch). Sat‑Sun/Holidays: not required except possible extensions for school events.

• Minimum a GCE "O" Level pass.
• Prior experience in a school environment preferred.
• Relevant experience in student management / youth‑related roles.

• Support Student Development Team (SDT) in student management matters, including case management:
• Help locate and manage students in holding rooms during case management (e.g., missing students, meltdowns, discipline cases).
• Support SDT to take statements from students as part of case management.
• Supervise student detention and in‑school suspension.
• Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) – selected case support.
• Assist in reviewing CCTV footage for case management.
• Assist the Case Management Team (CMT) to maintain records of all cases.
• Conduct regular patrols of school premises and nearby premises:
• Canteen
• Free play areas (school field, ISH, quadrangle)
• Toilet areas
• Classrooms (during SDL – self‑directed learning)
• Special rooms (CCA rooms, dance studio, library)
• Out of school (neighbouring blocks and playgrounds) – only when necessary
• Support school events, e.g., chaperone student supporters for NSG finals, open house.
• During home‑based learning and school holidays – attached to school admin/operations teams.
• Any other duties as decided by school leaders.
