Technical Support Engineer (Bukit Batok)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team on any pre‑sales inquiries
- Provide professional technical support to our customers
- Perform CCTV product testings to better understand our products
- Provide trainings to both internal staff and customers
- Carry out professional after‑sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent;
- Team player, fast learner, and able to work independently;
- Working experience in CCTV, Door Access and Solar products will be advantageous;
Other Information:
- 5 days work week (9:00~18:00, Mon~Fri)
- Attractive salary package + Allowance
