Salary: $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm)

Bukit Batok
- Handle and process customer bookings promptly, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and verified.
- Provide updates on customer bookings and shipment progress.
- Arrange bookings directly with carriers or consolidators for both full and partial shipments.
- Confirm space arrangements and communicate shipment details to customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate trucking and cargo collection services when required by customers.
- Provide timely updates to customers on any vessel schedule changes, delays, or shipment status updates.
- Ensure cargo is received in good condition and promptly report any discrepancies or damages.
- Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper closure of shipment files.
- GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma holders
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience handling export shipments
- Familiar with export consolidation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Singapore only needs to apply
