• Handle enquiries from parents and students via phone, Whats App, email, and walk-ins, providing prompt and professional assistance.

• Understand the tuition centre's programmes, courses, fees, schedules, and promotions to recommend suitable options.

• Follow up with enquiries and leads, understand customer needs, and convert enquiries into enrolments.

• Conduct programme briefings and explain course benefits, pricing, and enrolment details to parents and students.

• Maintain accurate customer records, update enrolment status, and coordinate with teachers and internal teams on class arrangements.

• Achieve enrolment and sales targets through effective follow-up and closing, with performance-based commissions as applicable.

• At least 1 year experience as customer service roles

• Comfortable to work in tuition hours, able to commit at least 1 day in weekend every week.

• Able to communicate fluently in English.
