Job Description Student Management

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline;
• Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow‑up calls to parents;
• Manage students under inhouse detention, missing students and melt...
• Patrol the school premises to ensure student orderliness including routine traffic and canteen duties; free play areas and out of school (neighbouring blocks and playgrounds);
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management (e.g. take statement from students) and submit report;
• Conduct spot‑checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair;
• Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities;
• Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) selected case support;
• Participate in student management meetings
• Guide school staff to conduct investigations and manage student incidents/discipline
• Any other ad‑hoc duties that work to support the development of at-risk students as assigned by the Authority.
