Benefits

- Warm and friendly working environment
- Working days: 5 days, Saturday is compulsory. Off day is Sunday and 1 weekday.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations to support compensation planning.
- Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Manage employee relations by handling staff enquiries, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, support HR administration, and assist with HR projects, policy improvements, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Handle payroll for about 10 staff.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as HR-related roles.
- Possesses a firm, decisive, and authoritative working style ("no-nonsense" approach) with a strong backbone for enforcing rules and standards.
