Sales & Business Development Executive PF

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the landscaping and related services industry.
• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their landscaping and project requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project scope and recommend suitable landscaping solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve business growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation and initial consultation through proposal, negotiation and successful closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and service delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, quotations and sales pipelines.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities and revenue forecasts.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

• Diploma In Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline will be advantageous.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, property services, facilities management or related industries will be advantageous.
• Confident in building relationships and engaging with new and existing clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Able to conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
