Stiftung Wisli mit Sitz in Bülach sucht ab 1. Dezember 2026 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Case Manager Arbeitsintegration 60% (alle). Das Case Management begleitet IV-zugewiesene Teilnehmende vom Ein- bis zum Austritt durch Massnahmen mit dem Ziel der Reintegration in die freie Wirtschaft.
Sie koordinieren, führen Fallgespräche und unterstützen Teilnehmende aktiv bei der Stellensuche sowie der Analyse von Ressourcen. Vorteilhaft ist ein Führerschein der Klasse
