- Gestion des ouvriers
- Implantation, suivi et contrôle qualité de l ouvrage
- Organisation du travail et application des mesures de sécurité
- Formation de maçon ou dessinateur en bâtiment
- Idéalement complété avec un brevet de contremaître
- Expérience significative à un poste similaire
- Expérience confirmée en Suisse
- Français parlé
- Portugais, un atout
