Your Responsibilities

As a Young Talent in our Software Engineering team, you gain hands‑on experience with modern web and .NET technologies while supporting the development, maintenance, and evolution of our applications. You work closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative and learning‑oriented environment.

• You support the development and maintenance of web applications, including the creation of new features and the enhancement of existing solutions
• You work on frontend development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• You contribute to backend development based on C# and the .NET / .NET Core framework
• You support the development and maintenance of fat client applications based on the .NET framework
• You assist software engineers with bug fixing, refactoring, and technical improvements
• You support the implementation and maintenance of automated testing solutions, including unit, integration, and UI tests
• You assist with scripting tasks (e.g. automation, build or deployment support)
• You contribute to Dev Ops activities, including CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment workflows
• You participate in code reviews and learning how to apply clean code principles and best practices
• You support incident analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications
• You contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing
• You actively support the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and application architecture

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• You have a good foundation in software engineering principles and object‑oriented programming
• You have basic to intermediate experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
• You have an interest or first hands‑on experience in web development, especially with HTML5 and React
• You are interested in application development and eager to deepen your knowledge of .NET technologies
• You are interested in automated testing, scripting, and learning Dev Ops practices
• You are motivated, curious, and eager to continuously expand your technical skills
• You are fluent in English
