Position: CHS Travel:
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient. The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, participating in PI, pursuing professional growth, and performing other duties as assigned.

Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Outpatient OT.
Start
: ASAP.
Shift
: 8a-5p Mon - Thu and 8a-1p on Fri.
Weekend shifts required.
AZ License Required
