This is an AUTO OFFER position with an ASAP start date. The shift is nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Flexibility to work all nights and participate in float rotations to PCU/ICU (low acuity) is required. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with no on-call duties unless you opt to cover shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate and supervise patient care staff appropriately.
- Arizona Nursing License
- ACLS and BLS certifications
