Position: CHS Travel:
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient
Position Information:
The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, engaging in quality improvement (PI), pursuing professional growth, and performing other duties as assigned.
Shift: 8 a.m.
- 5 p.m. Mon - Thu and 8 a.m.
- 1 p.m. on Fri
Weekend Shifts Required
AZ License Required
