Become part of a leading mental health team that delivers high‑quality, community‑based services to seriously mentally ill individuals. You will provide peer support, health coaching, role modeling and mentoring to clients in the ACT system, helping them achieve greater independence through evidence‑based services.
Responsibilities- Assist enrolled members in utilizing the service delivery system, developing plans of care, accessing support, and overcoming barriers.
- Engage clients, families and partners through in‑person and phone interactions, building trust, encouraging hope, and sustaining engagement in behavioral health services.
- Model recovery principles and teach recovery tools (e.g., WRAP, Recovery Planner) to clients.
- Support clients in building natural supports and community living.
- Coordinate with supervisor and ACT team members for scheduled activities, required supervision time and training completion.
- Document clinical services in compliance with agency standards.
- Demonstrate responsiveness and flexibility in providing services to ACT team clients.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned and de‑escalate clients using approved crisis intervention techniques.

Qualifications and Experience
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21 years of age or over
- Valid AZ driver’s license and proof of insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Flexible work hours
- Completed Peer Support Training Course with a passing Recovery Competency Test score; documentation required.
- Understanding of client/family‑centered and ACT models of care.
