About the RoleA successful Dispatch Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring customer databases are updated and maintained according to customer requirements; overseeing the day‑to‑day supervision of assigned dispatchers, subcontractors, and field employees; ensuring work is dispatched according to company standards; communicating and maintaining a positive relationship with the customer(s). At a minimum, the position requires excellent communications skills, a good working knowledge of general office functions;
proficient in the use of office software with emphasis on Microsoft and Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

- Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
- Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
