Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated critical care team in Bullhead City, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations, and a passion for providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. You’ll play a key role in managing complex patient cases, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Bullhead City, AZ 86442

Pay: $45 per hour

Shift Details:

• Available
  
  Shifts:
• Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Days: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• No On-Call
• No Option for 48-Hour Guarantee

• Patient Ratio: 1:2 (ICU) or 1:3 (Step-Down)
• Float Requirement:
  May need to float as needed to other units
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Med Host

We are seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join our critical care team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage complex patient cases and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and maintain composure in high-pressure situations

• Active Arizona RN License (or Compact License)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (Required)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required
• Preferred:
  Experience with Impella and IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump)
