This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements:
  Monday - Friday, 7a – 3p + 1 weeknight call shift per week. Expectation is for little to no overtime and minimal callback.
• Required Cases: orthopedics, general, light pediatrics, vascular, regional. NO obstetrics or Trauma. Proof of epidurals, spinals, blocks required.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Medaxion
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: CRNAs are supervised by MDs, 1:4
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license:
  Active Arizona License required
