Clements Young are proud to be recruiting for a growing Air Conditioning & HVAC business in Nottingham, backed by a successful group of sister companies. With continued investment and a strong pipeline of commercial projects, our client is looking to bring in a Contracts Manager — however, they’re equally open to an experienced Project Manager who can step up into the role with training, mentoring and support.

🔧 What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved in the delivery of commercial AC and ASHP projects across the Midlands and the wider UK — from tender through to handover — ensuring quality, performance, compliance and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and wider engineering function, helping to grow a professional, reputable and scalable AC/HVAC operation.
