B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Bulwell store. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on the shop floor and be ready to run the store in the manager’s absence.
The role offers hands-on leadership across days, evenings, weekends and holidays to keep the store performing at its best. You’ll drive sales, uphold store standards and coach colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
