We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with strong U.S. GAAP and financial statement audit experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage financial statement audit engagements.
- Review financial statements and audit work papers for GAAP compliance.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff and manage engagement timelines.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify audit risks.
- Research and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of audit/accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience managing audit engagements and teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
