This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and can manage a broad customer portfolio with accuracy and professionalism. • Investigate account discrepancies such as short payments, unapplied cash, and billing variances, then take action to resolve them efficiently.
• Keep receivables records current by updating account details, maintaining supporting documentation, and preserving audit-ready files.
• Reconcile customer balances and contribute to aging analysis to support visibility into outstanding receivables.
• Work closely with internal departments to answer billing questions, clear account issues, and improve collection outcomes.
