Post Production Coordinator

Job Posting :  – Burbank, CA – Full Time. Salary: $53,200.00 – $68,700.00 per year. Date Posted: .

Responsibilities
  • Support the post‑production executive by answering phones, screening calls, scheduling appointments, and managing contacts.
  • Manage executive travel, expense reports, and create/schedule conference calls with production and studio personnel.
  • Collaborate with departments to build dailies workflow documents and develop potential editors’ lists for shows in pre‑production.
  • Act as daily liaison/first point of contact for Editorial and Post for all shows; set up editorial teams, monitor application access, and locate/set up editorial offices.
  • Solicit and negotiate AVID rental bids and work with production crew to arrange shipments for editorial in distant locations.
  • Create and manage purchase orders; schedule and organize executive and preview screenings (booking security, projection engineering, entering our global screening system).
  • Facilitate delivery of features including QC and approving masters; collaborate with the studio distribution team to meet release deadlines.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of solid working knowledge of post‑production operations.
  • Experience in physical or studio production (preferred).
  • Familiarity with post budgets, costs, calendars, and applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi‑task and follow through on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to interface with third‑party vendors, internal executives, and staff collaboratively and problem‑solving.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to anticipate and resolve routine questions while keeping senior executives informed of project status.
  • Knowledge of purchase orders and expense reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
