Your New Role…This position leads cross‑functional efforts to operationalize key enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives for DC Comics. The role drives initiatives from development through implementation, shaping business strategies and delivering measurable outcomes. It provides strategic leadership and fosters collaboration across internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively to deliver long‑term value.
Accountabilities…- Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives that advance DC Comics’ enterprise goals, focusing on operational efficiency, revenue growth, and long‑term business impact. Define initiative scope, success metrics, timelines, and ensure delivery of meaningful outcomes.
- Operationalize high‑level DC strategies by developing clear, actionable plans and guiding cross‑functional efforts through to completion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Editorial, Sales & Marketing, Production) to align on goals and execution paths.
- Assess and prioritize strategic opportunities based on size, feasibility, time to impact, risk, and ROI; provide recommendations to leadership on prioritization and resource allocation.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and internal performance to inform strategic direction and shape long‑term planning.
- Develop and manage OKRs and performance metrics for strategic initiatives; monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Lead strategic working groups, drive cross‑functional alignment across departments, and influence without authority to build consensus and secure stakeholder commitment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or modeling and process analysis.
- Relevant media/entertainment, comics/publishing industry, and/or digital product experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong preference for , Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills; ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to travel approximately 15% of the time and respond to occasional off‑hours business needs.

CompensationPay Range: $84,000 – $156,000 per year. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
