Our expertise spans video compilation, channel optimization, analytics, and distribution.

Now, we are taking our mission to the next level: expanding to a full‑service creator growth agency with products and services designed to supercharge a creator’s brand.

We are seeking a Head of 5th Quarter Agency to lead, expand, and innovate this fast‑growing division inside Dhar Mann Studios. This executive will own P&L responsibility, determine new service offerings, and bring them successfully to market.

This role is ideal for a dynamic builder who thrives at the intersection of digital media, talent management, and business development. You’ll be leading strategy, operations, and growth, while also shaping the future of creator services. From expanding video monetization to launching new offerings like recruiting, design, promotions, and studio access—you will be the architect of 5th Quarter’s next chapter.

• Drive Business Growth:
  Scale our existing repurposed content business, expanding creator partnerships and maximizing revenue potential.
• Develop New Services:
  Identify, test, and launch new offerings—such as talent recruiting, creative design support, studio access, promotional opportunities, and creator networking events.
• Build Strategic Partnerships:
  Establish referral networks with trusted vendors (legal, financial, technical) and service providers valuable to creators.
• Oversee Client Success:
  Ensure creators receive top‑tier service, transparent reporting, and measurable growth results.
• Lead Operations:
  Manage a small cross‑functional team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Innovate:
  Constantly test and evolve new benefits that differentiate 5th Quarter as the go‑to partner for creators.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital media, creator economy, talent management, or a related growth‑focused business.
• Proven track record of building and scaling new products or divisions from idea to market traction.
• Deep understanding of You Tube, social video platforms, monetization models, and creator dynamics.
• Strong business development background with experience forging partnerships and expanding services.
• Exceptional operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver results fast.
• A network of industry connections—from talent recruiters to service providers—that can be activated to support creators.
• Data‑driven decision‑making style, using insights and performance metrics to steer business strategy.
• A low‑ego, entrepreneurial mentality, ready to innovate quickly in a fast‑moving creator economy.

Head of 5th Quarter Agency will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Dhar Mann Studios executive leadership team.

Our headquarters and studio are based in Burbank, CA. This is a full time onsite role.
