Loungefly, a division of Funko, is a small team of people who work like crazy to design and sell unique yet affordable bags, accessories, and apparel. Well known for their skull print totes and wallets, Loungefly has grown to include a wide selection of licensed accessories including Disney, Hello Kitty, Star Wars, Marvel and more!

The Assistant Graphic Artist position is responsible for completing creative projects, as well as revisions from buyers and licensors. This role also involves catalog and presentation creation.

Your Superpowers in Action

• Complete product design revisions from buyers and licensors
• Complete creative projects
• Layout product catalogs and ensure all information is correct
• Update and manage department compliance materials
• Layout presentation decks and format for email
• Photoshop photo images for use in marketing and social media
• Cad artwork onto existing silhouettes as needed
• Create original artwork as needed
• Participate in team brainstorms and design challenges

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (intermediate level)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be very detail oriented
• Interest in apparel and accessory design

Work Environment Requirements

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27.00 – $30.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
