Driven is a new streaming and social platform built for car enthusiasts, launching in early 2026. We're creating a go-to destination for car culture, featuring high-quality content plus a growing community of fans and creators. We're a fast-paced startup located in LA, right next to WB and Universal, and we're looking for an automotive-obsessed digital native to take our social media and community engagement to the next level.

The Role

As our Social Media & Community Manager
, you’ll be the voice and vibe of Driven across our digital platforms. You’ll own our social media channels and mailing list, manage online communities on the Driven platform, and help shape our presence both online and IRL. This is a role with high autonomy, creative freedom, and lots of potential for professional growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own our social media channels & mailing list (Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.) and help drive engagement, awareness, and adoption of the Driven platform.
  • Manage and grow the Driven communities on our streaming + social platform.
  • Moderate comments, spark conversation, and help keep the community engaged and authentic.
  • Create and curate content with a sharp eye for automotive culture.
  • Manage content, shoot logistics and production schedules across platforms, including publishing workflows and light content editing/copywriting.
  • Collaborate with creators, content partners, and internal team to source and schedule content.
  • Use tools like Mailchimp, Later, Linktree Pro, and native analytics to plan, publish, and optimize content.
  • Assist in online and in-person events and meetups.
  • Track performance and report back insights, wins, and learnings.
  • Be an internal advocate for our community and help shape product/community decisions.
What we’re looking for
  • You’re a natural community builder, you love meeting new people and hosting events, you’re the one at the party connecting guests and making them feel welcome.
  • 3+ years’ experience in social media management, content production, or Community management.
  • You live and breathe car culture — whether it’s JDM, classics, motorsports, muscle, off-road, or all of the above.
  • Experienced in growing online communities and managing social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Proven track record of growing a channel/account to 10K+ followers
  • Strong understanding of content production, with experience both creating and collaborating with creators
  • Comfortable with analytics, scheduling, and community tools
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events and activations
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Community-minded, creative, and driven
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, Later, Linktree Pro, and native analytics or CMS platforms.
  • A college degree in a digital creative or marketing discipline.
  • Lives in Los Angeles and can commute to our stunning office in Burbank.
