DENTAL ASSISTANT/RDA POSITION

Victory Plaza Dental Group is a multi-specialty state‑of‑the‑art dental office located in North Hollywood. We are looking for a highly experienced Dental Assistant/RDA to join our team.

Base pay: $23.00/hr – $29.00/hr. (Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – discuss with our recruiter.)

• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Dentrix A+.
• Available to work Mon‑Fri; no weekends.
• Great communication skills; bilingual (Spanish speaking) an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Previous experience as a Back‑Floor Supervisor an advantage.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment.
• Supervise daily operations on the floor, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
• Assist dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
• Oversee daily operations on the floor and ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
