Critical Care Consultants of Burbank is currently seeking Critical Care Intensivists to provide night support at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California. Critical Care Consultants of Burbank is a dedicated team of providers that has been at the forefront of pulmonary and critical care medicine for decades.
Responsibilities- Provide night shift critical care support to ICU patients (7pm-7am).
- Manage high-acuity patient care in a busy 40-50 bed ICU environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Full-time 1099 opportunity with 1 year contract guarantee with possibility for extension.
- Night shift 7pm-7am (with some flexibility)
- Busy high acuity ICU with 40-50 beds
- Ample support and resources available to ease the transition into this role.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a high acuity setting.
- Open to new graduates; however, prior experience in a critical care setting is highly advantageous.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Critical Care Medicine; with the expectation to become certified.
- This is a non benefited position however, malpractice insurance will be provided.
- Compensation is between $220 to $240 per hour
