A leading digital streaming network seeks a Direct Display Campaign Specialist to support the internal media buying team with the execution and operations of direct display campaigns negotiated directly with publishers.

• Help execute insertion orders and contracts, and set up new vendors in the internal billing system, making sure rates, terms, and flight details are reflected accurately.
• Traffic ad tags through CM360, following established naming convention protocols and 3P tagging requirements, and QA campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
• Monitor campaign delivery against flight dates and budget spends, proactively flagging under-delivery or discrepancies and working with the media buying team and publisher partners to resolve them.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, including working with internal BI teams to correct data or naming issues, and help maintain billing accuracy through invoice tracking and submission.
• Compile and deliver campaign performance reporting to internal stakeholders, and communicate campaign progress, learnings, and delivery updates to the broader marketing group.

• 3 years of experience with CM360 or similar ad servers.
• Familiarity with direct publisher deals and vendor/contract processes.

• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
