Paid Search and YouTube Trafficking Specialist

Compensation Range: up to $43/hr Benefits : health/vision/dental, 401k, and more ( https://shorturl.at/GMPcb )We are recruiting a Paid Search & You Tube Trafficking Specialist for a leading media and entertainment conglomerate. This role supports the internal Paid Search team on the day-to-day execution of paid search (SEM) and You Tube campaigns, with a particular focus on paid acquisition efforts for sports campaigns.

The candidate will build and traffic campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and creative assets through platforms including Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/You Tube, following established naming convention protocols and 3P tagging requirements.

Responsibilities include:

QA of campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.

Assisting with keyword research, bid strategy, and ad copy development.

Monitoring campaign performance and delivery against flight dates and budget targets, and proactively flagging or recommending adjustments (including makegoods) in coordination with the media buying team.

Supporting monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, including working with internal BI teams to correct data or naming issues.

Assisting with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission.

Qualifications:

2-3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or You Tube advertising.

Hands-on campaign building and trafficking experience using Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/You Tube following naming conventions and 3P tagging requirements.

High attention to detail for campaign QA, performance tracking and reporting, monthly actualization/reconciliation with BI teams, and billing accuracy.

Given the sports acquisition focus, a genuine interest in or familiarity with sports (as a fan or from prior work on sports brands) is a plus.
