Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist

Location:

Burbank, California Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour

Join a dynamic media team as a consultative partner, managing end-to-end creative trafficking and cross-channel specifications. Drive operational excellence and ensure seamless, high-impact campaign launches across top digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Centralize digital asset management across programmatic, social, and OTT platforms to drive flawless cross-channel launch execution.

Architect comprehensive workback schedules and campaign timelines to ensure on-time asset delivery against critical flight dates.

Implement standardized creative tagging and naming conventions to optimize ad serving precision and performance tracking.

Mitigate launch risks by proactively auditing technical specs and resolving trafficking discrepancies alongside internal stakeholders and media partners.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience in creative trafficking or ad operations within an agency or enterprise environment.

Advanced technical proficiency with ad serving tools such as CM360, Flash talking, or Innovid across display, video, native, and social formats.

Proven track record of managing complex workback schedules and multi-channel campaign rollouts under tight deadlines.

Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and clear collaborative communication across cross-functional teams.
