- Perform lab-scale formulation experiments
- Conduct accurate analytical tests
- Apply design of experiments (DOE) methodology
- Analyze and report experimental results
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science or Chemical Engineering is required
- Strong hands-on work and basic technical knowledge in organic chemistry, polymer science and formulation techniques
- Experience in coatings, sealants or adhesives is desired
