** Responsibilities include detail cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, windows, trash removal, etc) of indoor event spaces, outdoor event spaces, furniture, restrooms, parking lots, etc. and other various assigned cleaning duties.

EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

Training will be provided. Previous maintenance experience preferred. Basic English required

SKILLS and APTITUDES:  Activities occur both inside and outside the Los Angeles Equestrian Center; some seasonal heat.  Ability to work flexible hours in addition to normal business hours as dictated by events.  Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time and perform heavy lifting of tables, chairs, etc.  Must be able to follow directions and be extremely team oriented.
