Base Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Responsibilities include detail cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, windows, trash removal, etc) of indoor event spaces, outdoor event spaces, furniture, restrooms, parking lots, etc. and other various assigned cleaning duties.

• Training will be provided. Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic English required.

• Activities occur both inside and outside the Los Angeles Equestrian Center; some seasonal heat.
• Ability to work flexible hours in addition to normal business hours as dictated by events.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time and perform heavy lifting of tables, chairs, etc.
• Must be able to follow directions and be extremely team oriented.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.
• Requires ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
