Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. Full‑time, 8‑hour day shifts.
Job DescriptionLeads infection prevention program. Direct supervisor for region level infection preventionist. Manages day‑to‑day operations, ensures compliance, leads initiatives, collaborates across departments.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Lab Sciences, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, or related health sciences field.
- National Certified in Infection Control – Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (upon hire).
- 4 years experience in Infection Prevention/Epidemiology.
- 6 years quality and patient safety or other directly related healthcare experience.
- 4 years progressively responsible leadership.
- Master's Degree in Lab Sciences, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, or related health sciences field.
