Day shift, 5 days a week, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM. Typically requires one full weekend every four weeks, subject to department needs.

2 years of acute medical social work experience performing both roles of social work and discharge planning. First-time travelers must undergo screening. RTO restrictions:

Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and facilitate the discharge process. Provide support and resources to patients and their families during hospital stays. Develop and implement social work discharge plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
