Technician, Tour Experiences

Warner Bros. Discovery invites talented technicians to join our Tour Experiences team. In this role, you will ensure that every technical component—audio‑visual systems, lighting, props, animatronics and more—functions at its highest standard and delivers an unforgettable experience for visitors and internal stakeholders.

As a Technician, Tour Experiences, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and repair technical components while providing excellent customer service to visitors and internal customers.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with on‑lot and third‑party vendors to sustain agreed‑upon KPI’s.
• Document the condition of assets and equipment meticulously, maintaining inventory and maintenance records.
• Manage all system elements—audio‑visual, lighting, sets, props, animatronics and related equipment—both back‑and‑front of house.
• Maintain networks (lighting, QLAN, control, etc.) and interface with corporate IT/Go‑Tech for provisioning port, IP, and network requirements.
• Lead through knowledge, experience, and competency across all aspects of systems and design.

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Strong technical background around projectors and show systems.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of live‑event production and the audio‑visual skills required for delivery of such events.
• Experience with installed AV show systems, including fault finding, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
• Proficiency with show control, network‑ed lighting systems, and motion capture technology.
• Understanding of a wide range of show technologies—lighting, sound, video, networks/IT, power, and integrated systems.
• Experience in an operational, customer‑facing environment with significant public interaction.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office/365 and basic knowledge of IT switch networks and IP‑based control systems.
• Familiarity with work‑order/facilities management systems and workflows.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role:
Pay Range: $60,439.00 – $ annually. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. Benefits include health insurance, employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.
