DAVTECH Computer Center, located in Burbank, CA, is an Authorized Dealer and Service Center specializing in IT hardware and technology solutions. We serve businesses nationwide, providing high-quality IT products and services with a  Just In Time  delivery approach. Our expertise includes the supply and maintenance of IT infrastructure, catering to organizations of all sizes. Additionally, we offer a Managed Print Service Program (MPS) exclusively for Lexmark output devices.

The HP Design Jet Professional Technician role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Burbank, CA. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HP Design Jet Large Format Printers, ensuring top‑note performance. The technician will also deliver excellent customer service while collaborating with other team members to optimize workflow and resolution times.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HP Design Jet Large Format Printers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service checks.
• Document service logs and manage work orders accurately.
• Provide technical support and excellent customer service to clients.
• Work independently and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues quickly.

• Strong technical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HP Design Jet Large Format Printers.
• HP certification for the Design Jet family (preferred).
• Proficiency with IT products.
• Knowledge of hardware components and replacement procedures.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
