Overview
As part of the Client’s Technology organization, the Product Design team delivers user-centric B2B, B2C, and proof-of-concept digital experiences. From marketing landing pages to complex enterprise portals, we transform detailed requirements into intuitive, innovative products.
We operate in a highly collaborative environment, with designers contributing across multiple projects and business units. As a strategic, hands-on creative, you will define and drive multiple digital products—from internal operational tools to externally facing corporate platforms that represent the Client to the world.
Responsibilities / Typical Day- Visual Design & UX/UI:
Translate complex business requirements and user research into wireframes, high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets - Apply and evolve company branding into visually compelling, story-driven digital experiences
- Design layouts, graphics, and visual assets for websites, applications, and other digital platforms
- Build reusable UI components to support scalable, consistent design systems across web and mobile
- Front-End Development
- User Research & Design Thinking
- Assist in defining research goals and objectives
- Conduct user research to identify unmet needs, pain points, and motivations
- Partner closely with stakeholders across design, marketing/communications, branding, and development teams
- Adapt to diverse team environments and evolving project requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong technical foundation in responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and version control (Git)
- Ability to work end-to-end or contribute across the full design-to-code pipeline
- Strong visual design skills demonstrated in a portfolio
- Awareness of current design and technology trends
- User-centered mindset
- Strategic thinking and product design experience
- Project management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Software design and development background
- Media or entertainment industry experience
- Branding and marketing experience
- Experience building or working with CMS platforms
- PHP experience
- Figma (design and interaction)
- Drupal (PHP knowledge preferred)
- Miro (collaboration and ideation)
- Jira (project management and tracking)
- Confluence (documentation)
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree or two years of technical college in design, UX, or front-end development, or equivalent professional experience
