3yrs+ prior hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across web and mobile (paid social, programmatic, display, etc.), including familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Kochava, Adjust, or Apps Flyer, giving them the context to understand not just what the numbers show, but why they moved and what likely drove the change from a paid media perspective. The candidate should also have solid SQL and spreadsheet fluency, familiarity with core media metrics (reach, frequency, CPM, CTR, VTR, conversions).
This role supports the internal media buying team with day-to-day campaign reporting, dashboard maintenance, and insight generation across paid media channels. The candidate will maintain and update recurring performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio) using established templates and pull and organize data from the team's AI analytics platform to support campaign recaps and reporting. Core responsibilities include producing campaign recaps on a consistent cadence using existing templates, reconciling delivery and spend against media plans, and flagging performance trends or issues that may need attention while campaigns are still live.
