Associate Attorney Plaintiffs Personal Injury

Hosharian Law Firm is a personal injury firm located in Burbank, CA. Founded in 1994, our firm has been voted the best law firm in Burbank's Best three years in a row. We are hiring an associate attorney with 1-3 years experience. You will work directly with the lead attorney alongside a supportive legal team.

• Represent clients in personal injury accidents; premises liability, auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, and medical malpractice
• Manage a heavy case load ensuring all assigned cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines
• Draft pleadings and complaints, file lawsuits, perform legal research, draft motions, propound and respond to discovery, calendar, prepare mediation briefs, trial prep
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court
• Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case file
• Negotiate and settle cases
• Provide excellent service to all clients

• J.D & Admission to California State Bar
• Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience
• Must be able to work under strict deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated to learn and grow

Salary:
Based on experience to be discussed during the interview.
