- Conduct client interviews to gather case details and evaluate needs
- Develop and manage individualized case strategies and timelines
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date case records
- Oversee and coordinate medical treatment scheduling
- Manage property damage claims from start to resolution
- Monitor case progress, making adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and team members
- Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager in a law firm setting (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Familiarity with legal case management software (experience with CASEpeer is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related medical terminology
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to reliably commute to Burbank, CA (onsite role)
