Associate Attorney

* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law and demonstrate exceptional legal research and drafting skills. This role is essential in providing high-quality legal services to our clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Duties
* * Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.

* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreements.

* Assist in negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.

* Provide legal advice and representation in areas such as Labor and Employment law, Medical-Dental Liability, and Public Entity Litigation.

* Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and contribute to case strategy discussions.

* Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.

* Skills
* * Proficient in legal research methodologies, including the use of West Law.

* Knowledgeable in Labor and Employment law, and Medical Malpractice.

* Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
