Manager, Unscripted – Warner Bros. Discovery
Responsible for directing and managing development and programming of reality series for broadcast, cable television and streaming.
Your Role Accountabilities- Coordinates meetings and flow of information throughout the department and with outside entities such as networks, producing partners and others.
- Assists senior executives with logistics and creative during the development and production of series.
- Helps identify talent for development projects and current series.
- Is involved with creative oversight of on‑air series under guidance of senior executives.
- Maintains and establishes new relationships with the creative community (producers, performers), agents and managers, with the goal of identifying outside material and talent for Warner Horizon productions.
- Acts as liaison between the WB Television Departments (Production, Publicity, Business Affairs) to streamline the flow of information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years in reality programming.
- Prior experience coordinating all aspects of a busy creative work environment including setting pitch meetings, network meetings, courting talent, scheduling set visits and more.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Effective communication with all levels of management.
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, manuals, etc. for management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, Outlook.
- Detail‑oriented and extremely organized.
- Capable of handling confidential information.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving within scope of responsibility.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
