Manager, Unscripted – Warner Bros. Discovery

Responsible for directing and managing development and programming of reality series for broadcast, cable television and streaming.

• Coordinates meetings and flow of information throughout the department and with outside entities such as networks, producing partners and others.
• Assists senior executives with logistics and creative during the development and production of series.
• Helps identify talent for development projects and current series.
• Is involved with creative oversight of on‑air series under guidance of senior executives.
• Maintains and establishes new relationships with the creative community (producers, performers), agents and managers, with the goal of identifying outside material and talent for Warner Horizon productions.
• Acts as liaison between the WB Television Departments (Production, Publicity, Business Affairs) to streamline the flow of information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years in reality programming.
• Prior experience coordinating all aspects of a busy creative work environment including setting pitch meetings, network meetings, courting talent, scheduling set visits and more.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Effective communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, manuals, etc. for management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, Outlook.

• Detail‑oriented and extremely organized.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem‑solving within scope of responsibility.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees.
