Working as a Resident District Manager (RDM), you will manage a large multi‑unit dining account, serve as the primary client contact, lead the account team, and oversee overall operations. You will provide strategic planning and direction to achieve operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment, maintain strong client relationships, and support our mission of delivering great food and outstanding service.

• Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team at a large account, delivering top‑notch service to the client and community.
• Drive team development, fostering strong client relationships and achieving key performance indicators such as profitability, safety, and employee engagement.
• Serve on the district leadership team and share best practices, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community.
• Make risk‑balanced decisions, weighing short‑ and long‑term implications with input from the team and partners.
• Cultivate a culture of transparency, education, safety, and accountability at the account.
• Act as the brand ambassador and attend key client and community events.
• Ensure client needs are met or exceeded, retain the account, find cross‑sell opportunities, and support the rebid process.
• Support functional areas of operation, including safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary.
• Conduct unit audits to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, company policies, and USDA regulations.
• Maintain and report USDA‑required meal and retail program compliance.
• Champion account development, conduct performance evaluations, and plan succession.
• Own financial results for the account and collaborate with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ensure consistent and fair administration of policies and procedures.

• Educational minimum and work experience per USDA Professional Standards for the account(s).

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in food service, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry, or other support services.
• Proven track record in all aspects of food service management with strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership, customer service, communication, initiative, critical thinking, and organization skills.
• Champion an inclusive mindset, showing positivity, professionalism, and resilience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS software.
