About

the role

We are seeking a Temporary QC Lab Technician to work under the direction of our Quality Manager. This is a temporary role that is expected to last until March of 2026 and is on‑site in our Burbank, CA facility.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory of lab materials, raw ingredients, bulk retains, and finished goods.
  • Test and manage R&D products in stability.
  • Set up component testing and provide analysis results.
  • Calibrate all lab devices for proper function (daily, weekly, monthly, as needed).
  • Record and maintain compounding time management in excel charts.
  • Test all bulk in manufacturing being produced in the manufacturing plant for release.
  • Print and place labels for fresh/new batches.
  • Sample and test incoming RAW materials.
  • Approve, transfer, and label raw materials after receiving approval from supervisor.
  • Create a certificate of analysis and all other necessary documents for filing.
  • Record/log all samples and facilitate the delivery to send out samples for outside testing.
  • Review incoming microbial results from our lab and deliver documentation to the correct departments and perform system movement of materials.
  • Conduct water testing of compounders’ cleaning water solution.
  • Evaluate quality issue related RMAs and provide conclusions.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
  • Maintains laboratory organization and sterile conditions.
  • Perform any duty requested by Supervisor or the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
Education and Experience
  • 1‑2 Years of experience in QC/QA environment preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Strong Computer and Typing Skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to sit and use a computer for long periods of time.
