Job Description Summary

Performs various simple fabrication, process, and assembly operations in production of low and high temperature insulation forms, blankets, and related products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to perform high temperature thermal insulation fabrication.
  • Able to operate vacuum bagging system.
  • Able to operate production ovens.
  • Able to operate AXYZ cutting machine.
  • Able to operate lathe motor.
  • Able to operate sewing machine.
  • Operators should be acquainted with different types of fiberglass material.
  • Able to mix aluminized paints formulated by spec.
  • Operator should be able to utilize Video Jet Identification machine.
  • Hand forming such skins, making cut‑outs, or punching holes, assembling of matched foil skins and insulation layer.
  • Hooking and folding edges, fabricating stiffeners, and identification tags.
  • Cutting patches.
  • Follow all Senior policies and procedure.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information

Annual Target Salary = $45,760.00

Monday – Friday 2nd Shift 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
