The Programmatic Trafficking Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and quality control of programmatic advertising campaigns across major demand-side platforms and ad servers. This role is responsible for building and trafficking campaigns, line items, and creative assets while ensuring accurate setup, data flow, campaign delivery, and billing. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands‑on programmatic advertising experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in developing deeper expertise in campaign performance metrics and KPIs.

The position works closely with media buying, business intelligence, and marketing teams to maintain campaign accuracy and communicate delivery updates and platform insights.

• Build and traffic programmatic campaigns, line items, and creative assets across major DSPs and ad servers.
• Execute campaign setups using platforms such as Yahoo DSP, DV360, Amazon DSP, and CM360.
• Follow established naming conventions, third‑party tagging requirements, and campaign setup protocols.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of campaign builds to verify setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery against approved flight dates and budget requirements.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively communicate recommended adjustments, including makegoods, in coordination with the media buying team.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation activities.
• Partner with internal business intelligence teams to resolve data, naming, and reporting issues.
• Assist with billing accuracy, invoice tracking, and invoice submission.
• Communicate campaign progress, performance learnings, and relevant platform updates to the broader marketing team.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and support day-to-day operational needs of the programmatic team.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in programmatic advertising and campaign trafficking.
• Experience working with major demand‑side platforms (DSPs), such as Yahoo DSP, DV360, or Amazon DSP.
• Experience with ad servers such as CM360 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to campaign accuracy.
• Understanding of programmatic campaign setup, trafficking, delivery, and performance monitoring.
• Interest in developing knowledge of programmatic performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot campaign, data, or naming issues.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate campaign status, issues, and insights effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment.

• 3+ years of direct experience supporting programmatic advertising campaigns, preferably including campaign trafficking, QA, delivery monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Experience working within a media buying or digital advertising team preferred.
